Only in Soviet Russia. Two policemen in a patrol car, one of them were talking on a mobile phone an they didn’t fasten the seat belt.  Suddenly, le wise civilian appeared. He asked them to stop talking on the phone and fasten the seat belt. Shockingly, the policemen obey and didn’t say anything. This is what you hardly can see in any other country. WIN!
